Parallels Desktop works, but when I restart my computer says that some file is missing. Help?

I recently purchased Parallels Desktop for My MacBook (recently as three days.) I've never restarted my back with Boot Camp since I installed Parallels. Parallels works fine but when I restart my computer with Windows XP, it says some file is missing and can not be started.

When prompted to press any key to boot from CD, press any key. 3. Once in the menu, press the Windows XP Setup button "R" to repair Windows. 4. Log in to your Windows installation by pressing the key "1" and press Enter. 5. It will ask for your administrator password, enter the password. 6. Copy the following two files in the root directory of your hard disk. In the following example we are copying these files from the CD-ROM, which in this case is "e." This letter may be different on your computer. Copy e: i386 ntldr c: e is Heart CD, copy e: i386 ntdetect.com c: 7. Once these two files have been successfully copied, remove the CD and restart the computer.
