My Asus laptop has been switched to a Linux system, work equipment is not that the company still will?

I problems hardware of my laptop when using Windows XP, mouse and keyboard does not work, so I put the Linux system. the mouse works well, the system works faster, but the keyboard still works sporadically, and usually do well to recognize the wireless card. Can anyone help?
